Lunch with Lagring, Luz, Maly and Leg at Maison, The Podium,  Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong.  Maison is known for its French cuisine in general, and for its steaks, ribs and seafood in particular. When we came to this place it brags for its ribs as “the biggest, tastiest ribs you’ll ever find. “

For busy people Maison is offering its quicky gourmet lunch for P365 only and “barkada” serving  for  group of people who wants to taste a little of everything . It has also second floor where their bar and  VIP/Function rooms are.

The  article entitled “Eight Steps To Aging Gracefully,”  can be capsulized in these words:  Any activity that makes you feel more alive, more connected to others and to nature, less isolated, more comfortable with change, is beneficial. It will enhance your physical and mental health. It will help you accept the fact of your aging. It will help you to age gracefully.

These are perhaps what cause my companions to decelerate their aging process and  make them age gracefully. Of course in addition to that,  a companionship in front of  a sumptuous lunch in an elegant place like The Podium and with a lovely people who naturally refuse to grow old simultaneously with the curse of time which is age hahaha With this who do you think will go home after lunch unsatisfied, ungrateful and malnourishly thin hehe

Again, thanks to my four archangels through whom God’s loving kindness is made visible, audible and “edible” hahaha

This is my first time to come to the newly constructed Glorietta 5.  You will feel proud of the Philippines when you are here hehe.  The first restaurant I tried was Fish Out Of The Water. Seeing various foods already served at the tables of the other customers ahead of us made me hungry and  my  appetite for food suddenly got stronger and uncontrollable. We were fortunate to have ordered  that night “Thang Nang”  their Vietnamese Roasted Garlic Crab. Indeed, they are right in their claim that this is “probably the best crab meal you’ll ever have.” I can personally attest to it. I would definitely come back for more! This is really a good place for relaxing lunches and dinners with friends and loved ones.
